Who We Are
We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At Plano Hearing Care, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our staff combines years of expertise in hearing healthcare, and is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.
We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.

Xingsu Zhu, Au.D., CCC-A
Audiologist
With a medical background in Outside USA, earned a master degree in Communication Disorder in Arizona State University two decades ago. She also earned a Doctor degree in 2002 from University of Florida.
She is a fellow of Texas Academic of Audiology and a member of American Speech Language & Hearing Association.
She built “Hearing Care” in late 1990s & early 2000s. She creates honest relationships with patients and being trusted by them in their time of need is what makes her job so satisfying.
Rosa Cruz
Office Manager
Rosa has more than 10 years’ experience working within an Otolaryngology office. She is charming, knowledgeable, and helpful. She enjoys working and being of excellent assistance to our patients.
