Lauren Stroud

Lauren has the main role of being the Financial Manager and also wears the hat of Human Resources, she has several years of experience in both positions. Lauren is highly organized and takes pride in all of the work she does to guarantee quality service. Lauren is also a business owner of Pump's Precision Rifle Training with her husband Chase Stroud, they also compete professionally in Extreme Long Range Competitions, they are both HUGE supporters of proper hearing protection! John Muscato has been working with the hearing impaired over 20 years. He has been licensed and worked in hearing clinics in TX, VT, AZ, and CA. His father fit hearing aids his entire career and John spent many years with him learning various testing and fitting skills. John is passionate about helping patients restore their hearing and improve their quality of life.

Pat was born in Seguin, TX in 1953. He graduated from the University of Texas in 1975 and has been helping Texans hear better in Brenham and Central Texas since June of 1979. For thirty seven years our business was built on honesty, integrity and service. I know those qualities will continue another thirty seven under Aaron's ownership.

Robert Fredericks

Robert Fredericks was born and raised in Northern California and after several states moved to East Texas 8 years ago. He has a medical background and worked in a Ear, Nose and Throat clinic where he found his passion for helping people hear better. Robert has a unique perspective on hearing loss as he wears hearing aids. Robert has been married for 26 years, his wife Chrissy also works for Padgett as a PCC.

Christina Fredericks

Chrissy has 5 years of Healthcare experience and many years of customer service experience. She just celebrated her 26th wedding anniversary with her amazing husband Robert. Chrissy is a Mom to 6 fur babies, and has several reptiles and exotic fish. She loves to go camping in their little teardrop trailer and spend time with my 6 nieces and nephews. Making sure patients have a great experience is Chrissy's top priority!

Marshall was raised in Texarkana with roots from Arkansas. After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2004 he worked in the transportation industry. A few years later in 2013 he found his passion for helping the hearing impaired, which was nothing new to him being raised with family members who have profound hearing loss. He is a wonderful husband to Lyndsey and the proud father and coach to two handsome young men who keep him busy after hours with year-round sports! WOO PIG SOOIE!!!
